We stand behind the quality of our products and are happy to offer a refund within 30 days of delivery if your order isn’t quite right for you. To initiate a return, please use our convenient online Returns Portal.

Important Policy Details:

• All items must be returned in their original, perfect, and resalable condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
• A return request must be submitted within 30 days of you receiving the order.
• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of a prepaid return label, if provided, will be deducted from your total refund amount.
• For the integrity of custom products, all personalized, made-to-order, and custom-printed items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
• Items purchased during a promotional sale event are also final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
• If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please notify our customer support team within 7 days of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue for you.
